I was on track for a career in medicine until my father gave me a 35mm camera for graduation. It didn’t take long to realize art had my heart, and my camera became my constant companion. No regrets trading a lab coat for a photography career that’s taken me across 36 countries, from the vibrant streets of Bombay to Rajasthan’s desert dunes, trekking the Himalayas, and diving into the Bali Sea. I’ve lived in Europe, Japan, and India, always with a camera in hand.
Photography allows me to capture not just the biggest days of people’s lives but also the everyday moments that define who they are—whether it’s a milestone event, a brand story, or a creative portrait that reveals their essence. I love working with individuals, entrepreneurs, and artists to create images that tell their unique stories with depth and authenticity. Every moment, whether grand or subtle, deserves to be remembered in vivid detail.

My evolution as a photographer was natural and predestined. Born to creative parents in New York, my artistic path was encouraged. My first camera, a Rolleiflex, sparked my passion at summer camp. Inspired by my father’s European vacation slides, I studied Anthropology and film at Vassar College, later receiving a photojournalism scholarship. With over 20 years capturing stories for major publications, I love photographing weddings—there’s so much love in the air!
I grew up near Chicago and spent summers in Mississippi, where my love for photography began. At my grandparents’ house, I’d sift through old photos, captivated by wedding images. In time, I've realized their power: they preserve your once-in-a-lifetime story. From tiny details to big moments, I’ll document your day so future generations can relive the joy and love.
